Peter Pan Learning Center has always been an extension of home to my children. I always felt safe leaving all three of my boys in the capable hands of the teachers and knew that they would receive the love and encouragement they needed when they were there.Beth G.

We've been very happy with our experience at Peter Pan. Both of my sons went there and I've recommended it to others. I love that the kids get time every day to play outside in their huge outdoor play area. That's something you can't find at any other center. All of the teachers we've had have been very caring and made Peter Pan seem like a second home.Christine S.

We have been so pleased with Peter Pan Learning Center. Sue and her staff have done an outstanding job with our two boys. When we transitioned our eldest son to PPLC we were concerned that the change in schools would negatively impact his learning. The opposite happened. Our son left PPLC more than prepared for Kindergarten. He has been performing above grade level in both math and reading since he started. We see the same promise in our youngest son. I recommend Peter Pan to everyone.Erika R.

I brought my daughter Sofia to Peter Pan Learning Center in August of 2012 at the age of 2. Prior to that, she was staying at home with my relative from Russia. My daughter spoke only Russia when she started. I was so worried that she was not going to adapt tot he new environment but it only took her three weeks to feel like the center was home. I am so impressed with the professional and people skills that the teachers have. There are all incredibly kind, patient, caring, and understanding. My daughter loves them all. Every day my daughter comes home and I see that she has learned something new. She tells me about all of the activities and fun she had during the day. It took her only 4 months to speak English. She is 2.5 and she is completely out of diapers and potty trained. Also, I am grateful that this daycare opens as early as 6:30a.m. in the morning as I need to be at week as early as 7:00 a.m. in the morning a few days a week. When I go to work, I do not feel stressed about leaving her there because I know she will be safe, and well taken care of. Thank you Sue for having such a great facility and making our children feel like home!John and Oxana P.

Peter Pan has been a blessing for my family. The teachers are always wonderful and welcoming and are willing to take on tough challenges alongside our family. They have prepared both of my children to enter school ready to learn, and I truly appreciate all fo their efforts and kindness. As an elementary school teacher and someone who spent years working in preschools, I know how difficult their jobs are and how seldom they are adequately rewarded in any way, Peter Pan teachers rise above this and love children deeply.Katie M.

Peter Pan Learning Center has been part of our family since 1983 when my oldest daughter started attending at age 2. We were new to Howard County and very happy to find a safe, happy environment for daycare. Both of my daughters attended PPLC over the years including the summer camp after they started school, and now my grandson attends full time too! The teachers take pride in what they do, providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for the children. The teachers genuinely care for the children. The center itself is located in the perfect setting off a quiet road in Marriottsville, providing the kids with acres to run and play! PPLC holds many special memories for me, my children, and now my grandchildren.Kim P.

Both my girls attend Peter Pan Learning Center. My two and a half year old has been going there since she was three months old and my one year old since she was five months old. I can't say enough great things about PPLC. From day one the Director and the teachers have welcomed my family and treated us just like we were part of their family. Not only is the Director warm, professional and knowledgeable about the changing trends in education, but she makes it a point to be part of the classroom experiences as well. I have witnesses her on many occasions in a classroom either playing with the infants/toddlers or running a circle time for the older kids. She is always prompt in answering questions I may have as well as takes the time to listen and offer advice anytime I have a concern about one of my children. My two year old daughter talks about the Director just like she is one of the teachers. Most days we can't leave without saying goodbye to "Ms. Sue." The teachers are also very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and loving. Every single teacher at PPLC genuinely cares about each child that walks in the door. They truly take the time to know get to know each child. They are dedicated to providing the best care and quality instruction for all kids. The academics at PPLC amaze me. Being an elementary school teacher myself, I know what is expected of kids when they enter Kindergarten. These teachers do an excellent job providing meaningful and authentic learning experiences that help each child grow both socially and academically. The curriculum they follow ensures that the children are more than prepared for the increasing demands and expectations of kids when they enter school. My two year old comes home everyday showing me something new she learned in school. The teachers also do a great job communicating with the parents. I always know what is going on with both of my girls and what they are learning. This helps me reinforce the concepts at home. Both my girls love PPLC and love their teachers. Peter Pan Learning Center has more than met my expectations and I highly recommend this preschool. My daughters will certainly stay with PPLC until they enter Kindergarten. Thank you PPLC for having such a positive impact on my family.Kristen E.

Over the years, we have been blessed to have all three of our children in the care of Peter Pan Learning Center. I cannot say enough about the quality of education they received and how well-prepared they were for Kindergarten. More important to us, however, was the exceptional tender loving care, family support, and friendship we have felt from not just our children’s teachers , but from the entire staff. Eternally smiling, patient, selfless, and personal-the teachers and administrators at Peter Pan always have the children’s best interests and safety at heart and they are simply, truly extraordinary. It will be very hard to say, “goodbye” as our youngest moves on in June.Lisa C.

The positive demeanor and gentle guidance offered by your outstanding staff in addition to the terrific crafts and activities you plan and implement for the children are exceptional. Having seen my older two in other day care centers in the past, I am blown away by PPLC’s warmth, creativity and enthusiasm. Further, I truly appreciate the care that your staff takes in making sure they know every child and the child’s parents.Stephanie S.

Dear Ms. Sue,
I wanted to thank you and your staff for making my son, Jameson, feel so comfortable and happy right from the very start at Peter Pan Learning Center. We moved to Ellicott City form Florida and were hoping to find a Learning Center that Jameson would love as much as his previous school. It didn't take long, from day one he was all smiles from the moment he got home til the moment he went to bed! We love the schools cozy atmosphere and the warm, inviting staff that takes care of him every day. We are beyond thrilled with our decision to send him to Peter Pan learning Center and look forward to starting his baby brother, Liam, there in the next year or so!The Canty Family
